They really take care of everything. I furnished my home using Furnishr. All I did was send over some dimensions and a couple of photos, then handled the rest through quick emails.

Here’s what they did for me:
- Found a furniture set that matched perfectly
- Made sure my home's measurements were spot on
- Coordinated the deliveries (not an easy task)
- Sent a super fast replacement when one item got lost in a warehouse
- Assisted in getting a replacement part when a small piece showed up slightly damaged (and even offered to send a repairman, though it was easy to swap out!)

I didn’t have to stress about any of it. If I had to manage all that on my own, I would’ve been really stressed, but Furnishr made it incredibly easy.

I’d totally use them again.

Great design in a compact area. Super friendly and really helpful. It did take a bit to get here because of shipping hiccups, but honestly, it was worth hanging on for. They were super supportive in figuring things out when one piece showed up damaged at the warehouse.

After we decided to go with Furnishr, Isla McKay was assigned as our designer. She was super professional, really helpful, and had a lot of patience with me. Since Isla listened well, she could steer me towards the designs I was keen on. She did a fantastic job locating items that I ended up loving.

Furnishr gave us just what we were looking for to deck out our new place in Manhattan. After sharing the floor plan with one of their design pros, we got two unique but fantastic options that came with sofas, chairs, rugs, tables, and art. We picked one, and the movers hired by Furnishr took care of delivering, assembling, and setting everything up. I was really impressed by the quality of all the pieces! Our bare apartment turned into a chic NYC spot in no time!

Overall, the service is fantastic, particularly if you're moving in from another city or state and don’t have the time to sort everything out on your own!

The design stage is where the magic happens; the crew is super knowledgeable and will assist you in selecting the perfect furniture pieces that match your space and style. The quality of the furniture is top-notch.

Delivery is a breeze since the team takes care of the whole setup and even disposes of the shipping boxes for you.

There are some delays in delivery times (currently, it takes about 6-7 weeks for NYC) and the email replies could be quicker, which is why I’m giving it one less star. Still, Furnishr is a solid choice overall.

We had a solid experience with furnishR. They successfully furnished our vacation rental within our budget, and the quality of the items seems pretty good—sturdy and just right for what we needed. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of a full 5 is that a few small things (like a mattress and a couple of chairs) were missing during delivery, which pushed our photography back by a week. It wasn’t a big hassle, and they were super quick to respond when I let them know about the problem. I’d definitely recommend this company if you’re looking to furnish a whole home quickly, stylishly, and without any fuss.

Karen and her crew are fantastic, and you really shouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them for creating a well-thought-out and stylish space. They’re great listeners and welcome as much feedback as you need to nail it down perfectly. Honestly, if I could’ve gotten everything from them (like cabinet hardware, haha), I totally would’ve!

Awesome customer support!

Karen really worked around my busy schedule and assisted me in picking out the furniture for my new place. The movers showed up on time and put everything together in no time. There was a hiccup with my lamps, but it all turned out alright in the end.

All in all, I'm super happy with my shopping experience at furnishr and the quality of the furniture I got!

I forked out more than $6,000 to Furnishr to deck out my new place. Their so-called 'white glove delivery' turned out to be three young guys who smelled like weed and had no clue about putting furniture together. Almost everything was put together incorrectly and damaged, thanks to the poor quality of the items. A year down the line, I've had to swap out all but the lamp, coffee table, and one accent chair. A lot of the stuff I bought could be found on Wayfair for way less. This was just a total waste of my hard-earned cash.

Karen and the furnishr crew truly went above and beyond from beginning to end. The design process was easy-peasy, and she offered some fantastic ideas. We weren’t around for the delivery, but our place looked stunning and totally move-in ready the second we stepped inside on moving day. I've recommended this company to all my friends who are relocating and I'm super excited to work with them again! Thanks a ton!
